Very comfortable. Fit is accurate for me at 5'11" and 155# Size 7. They hold me in place comfortably especially at the sides where traditional mens brief tend to sag and encourage the groping we all do to adjust ourselves in the car etc. Wives if you and your husband can get over the fact these are womens underwear you will be impressed at how much less squirming and adjusting your guy will do with these or some of the other underwear I have recommended. Giving them permission or encouraging like my wife did to try all underwear will make them much happier down there. I wouldn't have dared without my wife's OK because of the bias against it.
